Pole Dance
鋼管舞藝術是運動的一種,楺合了健身、舞蹈及雜技等多項元素。
Pole dance is an exercise in art form, with a combination of fitness, acrobatics and dance.
鋼管舞是其中一種最有效的全身運動。跳鋼管舞時,我們同時在訓練上身、腹部、腿部和身體所有的肌肉,身體全身都在運動!而且非常好玩,還可以改善身體協調性及柔軟度,大部份舞者都能透過訓練改善自己的身型,變得更健康。
It is one of the most efficient full-body workouts. When we pole dance, we are not only targeting one particular muscle, we are working on your upper body, core, legs, and multiple body parts at the same time. It’s a complete workout with a lot of fun. It also improves body coordination and flexibility.
Pole dancers generally benefit a lot from being healthy and fit.
鋼管舞基本分為固定式及旋轉式。
There are two types of pole in general: static and spinning.
初級/進階固定鋼管舞Beginners’/Improvers’ Static Pole
In Beginners/Improvers Pole, you will learn the basic tricks, moves, safety knowledge, and hand grips on static poles.
Prerequisite: No experience required.
Recommended clothing: Short pants and sports top, no shoes.
中級/高級固定鋼管舞Intermediate/Advanced Pole
In Intermediate/advanced Pole, you will learn advanced tricks, moves, spotting technique, and inversion on static poles.
Prerequisite: Basic knowledge on poles is required.
Recommended clothing: Short pants and sports top, no shoes.
初級/進階旋轉鋼管舞Beginners’/Improvers’ Spinning Pole
入門/初級鋼管舞會教授固定式鋼管舞的基本技巧及動作、安全知識、手法運用、如何習慣與鋼管互動。
建議經驗:沒有
建議衣著:舒適的運動短褲及運動上衣,不用穿鞋
In Beginners/Improvers Spinning Pole, you will learn the basic tricks, moves, safety knowledge, and hand grips on spinning poles.
Prerequisite: Preferable learning static pole at the same time.
Recommended clothing: Short pants and sports top, no shoes.
中級/高級旋轉鋼管舞Intermediate/Advanced Spinning Pole
中高級鋼管舞會教授固定式鋼管舞的進階技巧及動作、保護他人的技巧、在鋼管上倒轉時的互動。

建議衣著:舒適的運動短褲及運動上衣,不用穿鞋
In Intermediate Spinning Pole, you will learn advanced tricks, moves, spotting technique, and inversion on spinning poles.
Prerequisite: Basic knowledge on spinning and static poles is required.
Recommended clothing: Short pants and sports top, no shoes.
性感鋼管舞
Exotic Pole
性感鋼管舞以舞蹈動作為主,亦會學習地板舞蹈技巧(Floor Work)及鋼管上的舞蹈動作,而你亦會學習如何在穿上鋼管舞後表現得更自信。
建議經驗:沒有經驗要求, 建議同時上鋼管技巧訓練

In Exotic Pole, you will learn dancing skills combined with floor work skills and pole moves, moving your body along with the beats. Moreover, you will also learn to master your high heels with platforms, also known as pole shoes or pole heels, which is also an important component in Exotic Pole that highlights the dancing souls in your own self.
Prerequisite: No experience required. Suggest to register to Pole sessions at the same time.
Recommended clothing: Short pants and sports top, knee pads, pole shoes.
抒情鋼管舞
Lyrical Pole
抒情鋼管舞會教授在地板及鋼管上的動作。以簡單的身體動作結合音樂表達自己的情感,既可舒壓,亦可鍛練肌肉。

In Lyrical Pole, you will learn dancing moves on the floor and around the pole. The movement is expressive, emotional and easy. It’s a great way to relieve stress and work up your muscles.
Prerequisite: No experience required.
Recommended clothing: Short pants and sports top, socks, knee pads, no shoes.

Aerial Hoop
空中吊環是馬團表演非常見的一個項目。
Aerial Hoop, also known as Lyra Hoop, is one of the most often seen performances on circus shows.
空中吊環近二十年更火速成了一項極受歡迎的空中運動。空中吊環會訓練到腹部,上身及背肌,運用到全身的肌肉,恆常的練習更會幫助控制體重,改善身體線條,增加柔軟度及協調性。動作優美且極具觀賞性,非常好玩的一項運動。
It has become an incredibly popular aerial exercise in the past 20 years. Training with aerial hoops will efficiently train your muscles on core, upper body and back. It’s a full body workout. Regular practice will help to achieve better weight control, muscle tone, flexibility and conridiation.
With beautiful movement on aerial hoops that are aesthetically pleasing to the eyes, it’s the most enjoyable workout you will ever experience.

Aerial Sling
Who doesn’t love flying in the air?
The single-point rigged hammock will let you flow in the air by combining different poses, tricks and spins.
While this fun core-training sport exercises the whole body and builds your stamina, it also allows you to explore dancing in the air in an elegant way.
空中絲帶舞利用單點懸掛的吊床結合旋轉及不同技巧動作,讓你感受在空中飛揚,除強化核心鍛鍊耐力,同時可在過程中學到旋轉技巧,讓你享受空中流動的樂趣。
Beginners’/Improvers’ Sling
初級/進階空中絲帶舞
In this session you will learn the fundamentals and foundations of knee hangs, back belts and grip strength, guide you into the air step by step. If you are interested in dancing in the air, this is the perfect place to start with.
Prerequisite: No experience required.
Recommended clothing: Fitted clothing, long pants and sports top, no shoes.

This session will prepare you for more tricks and spin on slings, you will also learn the foundations and fundamentals.

Splits & Flex 一字馬及伸展
Achieving beautiful lines and splits in the air is not a dream. Extend your range of mobility and motion. This session is designed for those who want to become more flexible, stronger and have better body alignment in the air. With stretching properly and progressively, you will be able to increase your muscle strength and flexibility.
Prerequisite: No experience required. Recommended clothing: Fitted clothing, long pants and sports top, no shoes.
