舞動空中及舞蹈工作室服務及使用守則

當預約及參與本工作室之課堂時，您承諾已閱讀並同意遵守以下守則：

一般守則

  1. 所有舞室使用者須合理使用及維護儀器。
  2. 所有舞室使用者不得擅自更改舞室的設備或儀器，除非獲得舞室管理者或工作人員之許可並在具相關資格人仕監督下進行。
  3. 所有舞室使用者不可在舞室內進行未經舞室管理者同意，或不在保險投保範圍內的活動。
  4. 所有舞室使用者在使用任何儀器前應確保自身身體狀況許可其進行相關活動。
  5. 所有舞室使用者如在使用儀器時因個人因素致使儀器有任何損壞，必須負上全責。
  6. 所有舞室使用者如發現儀器有任何損壞須盡快通知舞室管理者。
  7. 所有舞室使用者應對其他舞室使用者以禮相待，表達恰當的尊重。
  8. 所有舞室使用者只能在得到導師 / 他人明確許可的情況下才可以拍照或錄影。
  9. 所有舞室使用者在場內可能招致的任何個人財產的損壞，丟失或被盜，責任將由使用者自行承擔。
  10. 本工作室保留隨時修改有關守則之權利並會公佈於我們的預約系統、網站或社交媒體上。 如有任何爭議，舞動空中及舞蹈工作室有限公司保留最終決定權。
  11. 本工作室保留在場內進行攝影 / 錄影，並用作日後宣傳 / 保安用途之權利。

登記課堂

  1. 登記課堂程序：
    1. 先於TeamUp系統開賬戶
    2. 透過IG inbox/ WhatsApp 付款確認
    3. 使可自行於TeamUp系統預約課堂
  2. 課堂以先到先得形式接受預約登記，購買會籍後必須全額付款後始能開始參與課堂。
  3. 已購買之會籍不得退款或轉讓。
  4. 每節課堂需2人或以上登記才會開辦，課堂開始前4小時如人數不足時會被取消，舞動空中將以電話 / 電郵 / 短訊形式作出通知，已扣除之積分將退回會員戶口。
  5. 取消登記原則：會員必須在課堂開始12小時前取消已登記的課堂，已扣除積分才會獲退回會員戶口；如在該課堂開始前12小時內取消，已扣除積分將不獲退回。舞動空中及舞蹈工作室有限公司保留最終決定權。  
  6. 舞動空中及舞蹈工作室有限公司保留更改時間表中包括課堂項目、負責導師及場地等安排的權利，並不另行通知。

私人培訓 

舞動空中及舞蹈工作室有限公司根據課堂和導師的時間表，提供私人培訓，所有私人培訓必須全額支付後才能獲確認，如須更改或重新安排私人培訓，則必須至少提前八小時聯繫導師及工作室管理者，否則已扣除積分將不獲退回。舞動空中及舞蹈工作室有限公司保留最終決定權。

租用舞室

舞室之租用按以下情況具不同收費，詳情請參閱預約登記系統 / 官方網站

  1. 使用舞室儀器
  2. 不使用舞室儀器

Momentum Aerial Dance and Dance Studio Services and Usage Guidelines

When booking and participating in classes at this studio, you agree that you have read and will comply with the following guidelines:

General Guidelines

  1. All studio users must use and maintain equipment reasonably.
  2. Users may not alter the studio’s equipment without permission from the studio manager or staff, and only under the supervision of qualified personnel.
  3. Users may not engage in activities that have not been approved by the studio manager or are not covered by insurance.
  4. Users should ensure their physical condition permits participation in any activities before using any equipment.
  5. Users are fully responsible for any damage to equipment caused by personal factors while using the equipment.
  6. Users must promptly notify the studio manager of any damage to the equipment they notice.
  7. Users should treat other studio users with respect and courtesy.
  8. Users may only take photos or videos with the explicit permission of the instructor or others.
  9. Users are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of personal property that may occur on the premises.
  10. The studio reserves the right to modify these guidelines at any time, which will be announced on our booking system, website, or social media. In case of disputes, Aerial Dance and Dance Studio Limited reserves the final decision.
  11. The studio reserves the right to conduct photography/videography on the premises for promotional/security purposes.

Class Registration

Registration Procedure:

  1. Create an account on the TeamUp system.
  2. Confirm payment via IG inbox/WhatsApp.
  3. You can then book classes through the TeamUp system.
  4. Classes are booked on a first-come, first-served basis; full payment is required before participating after purchasing a membership.
  5. Purchased memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  6. Each class requires a minimum of two participants to proceed. If there are insufficient numbers four hours before the class starts, it will be canceled, and notifications will be sent via phone/email/text. Any deducted points will be refunded to the member’s account.
  7. Cancellation Policy: Members must cancel registered classes at least 12 hours in advance to receive a refund of deducted points; cancellations within 12 hours of class start time will not be refunded. Aerial Dance and Dance Studio Limited reserves the final decision.
  8. Aerial Dance and Dance Studio Limited reserves the right to change schedules, including class items, responsible instructors, and venue arrangements without prior notice.

Private Training

Momentum Aerial Dance and Dance Studio Limited offers private training based on class and instructor schedules. Full payment must be made to confirm private training. To change or reschedule private training, you must contact the instructor and studio manager at least eight hours in advance; otherwise, deducted points will not be refunded. Aerial Dance and Dance Studio Limited reserves the final decision.

Studio Rental

Studio rental fees vary based on the following conditions. Please refer to the booking registration system/official website for details:

  • Using studio equipment
  • Not using studio equipment
